Contact details, vehicle information (including VIN), case answers, uploaded documents, and payment status information. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor; we never store raw card numbers.
How we use information
To assess your case, prepare and submit documentation, communicate case updates, process payments, and meet recordkeeping obligations.
Document storage and access
Uploaded documents are stored in private storage. Customers can access only their own documents. Staff access is limited to authorized personnel working the case, and access is logged.
Sharing
We share information with government agencies, surety providers, inspectors, or other third parties only as necessary to perform the service you requested, or as required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your information, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time; case-related notifications may continue while a case is active.
