Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on how much work has been performed and on the type of fee paid.

Before work begins

If document review and case work have not started, the service fee may be eligible for a refund, less any processing costs already incurred.

After processing begins

Once document review, research, preparation, or submission has begun, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the service terms for your case type.

Third-party and government fees

Government fees, bond premiums, inspection fees, shipping charges, and other third-party costs may be nonrefundable once paid to the third party.

Outcome

Because final approval is determined by the appropriate government agency, a denied or delayed government decision is not by itself grounds for a refund of work already performed.

Applicable law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund right that applicable law provides to you.
