Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 180 Title Solutions website, intake tools, and document-processing services. By using our site or submitting a case, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Definitions
“We,” “us,” or “our” means 180 Title Solutions, a private document-processing service.
“You” or “Customer” means any individual, business, dealer, or entity that accesses the site, completes an intake, or purchases services.
“Services” means document preparation, intake review, case tracking, administrative assistance, and related support.
“Government Agency” means any state or county Department of Revenue, Department of Motor Vehicles, tag office, court, or other public authority with authority over titles, registrations, liens, or permits.
2. Nature of services
180 Title Solutions is a private, independent service provider. We are not a Government Agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Department of Revenue, Department of Motor Vehicles, county tag office, court, or other government agency unless specifically stated in writing.
We provide administrative and document-processing assistance and general educational information. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or financial advice, and no communication with us creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, or agent-principal relationship.
All final decisions regarding titles, registrations, bonds, permits, plates, and related documents are made solely by the applicable Government Agency or court. We have no authority to compel or guarantee any government action.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Payment of our service fee does not guarantee that any Government Agency will approve, issue, or record a title, registration, plate, permit, bond, or other document. Approval is contingent on state law, regulation, eligibility, document sufficiency, lien status, tax status, and the agency's discretion.
Completion timelines, turnaround estimates, and processing dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays caused by Government Agencies, document deficiencies, lienholders, courts, third parties, or force majeure events are not our responsibility.
We do not guarantee that any vehicle can be titled, registered, bonded, or sold. Some vehicles are ineligible under state law regardless of the documents submitted.
4. Customer representations and responsibilities
You represent and warrant that all information, documents, and statements you provide are true, accurate, complete, and made in good faith. You may not submit forged, altered, misleading, or fraudulently obtained documents.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid insurance, emissions compliance, safety inspections, tax payments, and any other legal requirement for operating or transferring the vehicle.
You must promptly respond to requests for additional documents, corrected signatures, or clarifications. Failure to do so may result in case suspension, additional fees, or termination without refund.
If you are not the recorded owner of the vehicle or legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner, you must disclose that fact and provide appropriate authorization, power of attorney, or court documentation.
5. Fees, payment, and refunds
Service fees are quoted at checkout or in writing and are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment through the methods shown on the site.
Quoted prices are presented as all-in estimates that combine our service fee with the government fees, bond premiums, surety fees, inspection fees, notary fees, shipping fees, court filing fees, and other third-party charges applicable to your case. Those third-party amounts are itemized and collected at cost without markup, are estimates until confirmed by the applicable agency or provider, and may be adjusted up or down based on your state, county, vehicle value, and actual agency charges. Any difference is billed or refunded to you.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Service fees are generally not refundable once document preparation or submission has begun, unless we determine the case cannot be processed through no fault of the Customer.
We may suspend work on any case with an outstanding balance and are not responsible for delays caused by non-payment.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific case giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost use of a vehicle, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility.
We are not liable for errors, delays, denials, or losses caused by Government Agencies, third-party service providers, lienholders, courts, incorrect information provided by you, or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 180 Title Solutions, its owners, agents, contractors, and employees from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your provision of false or incomplete information, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
8. Privacy and data use
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By submitting documents, you consent to our use of the data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree that we may use third-party service providers, including cloud storage, software tools, payment processors, and email/SMS providers, to deliver our Services. We require these providers to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
9. Communication and electronic records
By providing a phone number, email address, or other contact information, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us regarding your case, including automated or pre-recorded messages where permitted by law.
Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time; transactional messages related to an active case may continue until the case is closed.
Electronic records, including intake submissions, emails, and text messages, may be used to satisfy any written-documentation requirement between us and you unless a specific statute requires a physical original.
10. Third-party services and bonds
We may facilitate introductions to third-party surety bond providers, notaries, inspectors, or document couriers. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, pricing, or timeliness. Your relationship with any third-party provider is governed by that provider's terms.
Title bonds, surety bonds, and insurance products are issued by licensed third parties. We do not issue bonds or insurance ourselves.
11. Termination and suspension
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend a case, or terminate these Terms at any time if you violate these Terms, provide fraudulent or false information, fail to cooperate, or if we determine the case cannot be completed legally or ethically.
Upon termination, your obligations under Sections 4–10, 13, and 14 survive termination.
12. Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or litigation in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Georgia.
You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against us. Claims must be brought in your individual capacity.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, code, and tools, is owned by or licensed to 180 Title Solutions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
14. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date is posted at the top of the page. Continued use of the site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting active cases will be communicated to the email address on file.
15. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us through the contact form on the site or by mail at the business address listed on the site. Email is the preferred method of contact.
